800 sqft space. Very spacious. All materials are aviabale for use and returned at end of day, including plenty of buckets. Easy water source. Studio is cool from 6am-2pm, Design room has its own ac unit (new). Easy access for load in and load out. Has its own entrance on Canoga. Studio must be left tidy after use.
