Our florist co-work studio was created by florists, for florists. Why should salons get to have all the co-working fun? 🌸 This is a fully functioning floral workspace where independent florists and event designers can process flowers, design arrangements, prep weddings and events, and safely store fresh flowers and completed designs. The space includes professional floral work areas, access to our front floral cooler, and additional refrigerated storage in our large back walk-in cooler. Overnight cooler storage is available—perfect for weddings, large events, installations, and designers traveling into the area who need a secure place for their flowers before an event. Guests have access to workspace for floral production and processing, water, restroom facilities, A​/​C, Wi-Fi, and designated cooler storage. Floral buckets and basic shared floral tools may also be available during your reservation. Whether you need a workspace for a few hours, a production space for an upcoming event, or overnight refrigeration for your flowers, our goal is to give fellow floral professionals an affordable, functional space without the expense of maintaining their own storefront.
Arrival
Our studio is located inside Blossom Street Florist at 4485 N. University Dr., Lauderhill, FL 33351. Free parking is available in the shopping center. Please enter through the main storefront entrance during regular business hours and let a team member know you are checking in for a Fleur Space reservation. Instructions for after-hours access, overnight cooler drop-off​/​pick-up, or special event-production access will be provided directly to confirmed guests when applicable.
Hours of Operation
Standard co-working access is available during our regular studio hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Sunday: By reservation Extended production hours, early-morning event access, and after-hours or overnight cooler access may be available with advance arrangements. Please contact us before booking if your wedding or event requires extended production, drop-off, or pick-up times.
