Description of Your Space
We are Manchester NH based wedding and event floral studio. We have a space in an industrial building that serves as a community kitchen rental space and we have a designated room near the offices that we don’t share with anyone else in the building. Large open room with multiple work benches, 3 fridges (1 three door true brand fridge, 1 two door true brand fridge and 1 three door Allcool brand floral fridge). Not all of these fridges are designated floral fridges but they all come with a digital temp reader and have worked great for my business. My space has a loading dock right outside our shop door, access to a shared bathroom, water source comes from either one of the kitchens or utility sink. Access to a water spout outside as well if needed. Space comes with: A​/​C 400 sq ft 3 large work tables 3 folding tables for buckets 3 fridges Wifi Buckets Clippers Large cutter Large trash bin on wheels Rules: * You must provide a COI for Flowers by Jennifer and Mama Shugs kitchen and more. * You must wear a hair net (provided) when going into kitchens to fill buckets. * You must throw trash out in the dumpster and leave everything the way you found it. Including changing trash bags, sweeping, emptying buckets, putting clippers back to where you found them, lock the cutter, make sure ALL doors are locked and latched etc. failure to do the above will result in a fee. This building shares space with many businesses so you need to be respectful of the space and lock doors when not in use. We have a wholesaler in Bedford that’s only 12-15 mins from the shop. They do deliver for $17 if you can’t pick up. You do need an account with them I believe. Baystate Flower Distributers.
Arrival
Upon arrival, go to main entrance which is suite 35 with a MAMA shugs kitchen and more logo on the door. Ring the doorbell to be let in. Once you arrive please check in with Jennifer at her office door at the end of the hall. Or with Darren in the middle office.
Hours of Operation
M-Sun 10am-6pm If you need anything later, we would have to clear it with Mama Shugs.
